 1 ½ cups oats flour
 2 tbsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 pinch cinnamon
 ¾ cup milk
 ¼ cup butter
 2 eggs
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tbsp vanilla extract

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (first four). In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until no more big lumps are present. Let the batter rest for 10 mins.

Pour the batter into waffle iron and in just a few minutes, you get to enjoy freshly made waffles!
