Spinach Parmesan Waffles

This spinach parmesan waffle recipe is too tasty and nutritional to pass! It’s also simple, we all love easy and tasty treats right?

 2 eggs
 3 cups milk
 4 tbsp olive oil (or canola oil or coconut oil)
 1 cup spinach puree((it helps to use some milk to blend the mix)
 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
 2 cups white whole wheat flour
 5 tbsp flaxmeal
 1 cup almond meal
 4 tsp baking powder
 2 tsp sea salt or to taste
 1 tsp crushed black pepper

Blend spinach with 1/2 cup of milk. Then mix all the wet ingredients along with parmesan cheese.

Mix together all the dry ingredients and slowly add to wet ingredients. The mix should be on the liquidy side, but it will thicken if you let it sit for a bit.

Scoop 1/3 cup (depending on the size of your waffle maker) into your waffle maker and get ready to indulge in a few mins!
