Pistachio Oats Pancakes

We have been experimenting with gluten-free recipes and this is one pancake recipe that you wouldn’t want to pass on without trying! The oat flour gives it a nutritious base, and pistachio flour adds a great nutty flavor and a vibrant green color that makes the pancakes look stunning. Finally, adding a bit of rice flour adds the spongy and bouncy texture to the pancakes that you can’t resist.

  cup pistachio flour
 ½ cup oats flour
 ¼ cup rice flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp sugar
  cup milk
 1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix everything in a blender and let the batter sit for a few mins.

Then start pouring the batter into the pan to any size/shape you like! Cook each side for a minute on medium heat or until you see bubbles.
