I know what you might be thinking and might even be making a weird face when you read those word together: “Black Bean” and “Brownies” just don’t seem to belong together.
Well, that’s what we thought as well until we tried this recipe! It tastes just like and as good as a traditional brownie recipe, with the added bonus of no eggs and flours needed. We came across the recipe chocolatecoveredkatie page and modified her recipe a bit to tone down the sweetness and added a bit of nut oil. ????
The result is fabulous and delicious. The best part is you’ll only need a blender (or a food processor), a pan, and there is a single step to combine all the ingredients. No mess to clean up in the kitchen whatsoever — score.

Preheat oven to 350F. Add everything into a Vitamix or a food processor. If you are using Vitamix, use the pulse setting to mix the ingredients until coarse and not smooth.
Spread the mix in a circle or square pan, optionally sprinkle the top with a handful of chocolate chip. Bake for ~15 mins and let it cool for 10 mins before serving.
